Values

I believe therapy cannot be separated from the social and cultural realities that shape our lives. Experiences of racism, oppression, exclusion, and marginalization affect mental health in profound ways, and I strive to create a space where people of all identities feel respected, affirmed, and supported.

My own commitment to anti-racism and equity work began with confronting bias and privilege within myself and recognizing how much there is to unlearn. That process remains ongoing. I approach this work with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to continued growth. I affirm LGBTQIA+ individuals and strive to provide a culturally responsive, anti-racist space where conversations about identity, power, and belonging are welcomed. I don't believe therapy should ask people to leave parts of themselves at the door. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up fully as yourself and be met with care, dignity, and respect.
